Delivery Times
• Orders are only delivered on weekdays (non-holidays).
• All orders require 24 to 48 hours to be processed.
• Orders are not processed on weekends. (Unless specified otherwise).

All orders are shipped from Markham, Ontario.
All orders will have a shipping label created and shipped directly to the address specified at the time of ordering
Method of Payment
Detonate accepts both Visa and MasterCard for online orders. Credit card information can be provided through our secure checkout, or via phone. All orders must be prepaid before they are shipped.
Information on Taxes
Taxes will be automatically added to your order's total and indicated separately for your information. Residents in Ontario are subject to 5% GST and 8% PST for any purchase made. All other provinces and territories are subject to either 5% GST or 6% HST, where applicable.
All import duties and/or taxes will be the purchaser's responsibility.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled before they go into printing process. Any job that has already been sent to print will require full payment upon delivery.
Return Policy
Detonate ensures customer satisfaction. If any job that is received is damaged in any way, Detonate will reprint the order free of charge.
Detonate Group will not be held responsible for colour clarity issues or other design concerns for any job that has been designed by the customer and not by Detonate Group.
If you require a printed proof of the product before sending it to print, please request this to avoid any issues.
